Wella Color Charm 20 Volume Creme Developer Formulated specifically for Color Charm Hair Color. Specially stabilized for use with all permanent hair colors. Great for covering white/gray hair or lightening natural hair color. Use whenever coloring directions call for 20 volume developer.

Ingrediants

Water/Eau, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Styrene/VP Copolymer, Disodium Phosphate, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, Phosphoric Acid, Salicylic Acid

How to Use:

Mix 1 part Wella Color Charm Color (or any permanent hair color) with 2 parts Well Color Charm Cream Developer. Apply to the hair using your desired technique, develop for 30 minutes and up to 45 minutes if additional depth or gray coverage is needed.
