Shipping Information

UK shipping takes 1-2 working days once you have been informed you order has been shipped. We aim to ship all order within 1 working days of the order being placed. All UK orders by Royal Mail or UPS.

We charge a base shipping fee of £5.00 (Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) any additional items is charged £1.00 each. *We may charge additional postage fees depending on the weight and size of the parcel, any such charges will be invoice by PayPal and payment is required prior to shipment of any order.

European shipping take 3-5 working days once you have been informed your order has been shipped. We aim to ship all order within 1-2 working days of the order being placed.

International shipping take 10 - 15 working days once you have been informed your order has been shipped. We aim to ship all order within 1-2 working days of the order being placed.

It is common for overseas order to take 1-3 weeks to arrive. If you live outside of the European Union, you may have to pay a fee when your order is delivered based on its value. As this varies for each country, we recommend you check with your local customs office first

Returns

If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been sent you can return the items for a refund. Always contact us before sending anything back so that we can ensure your refund is processed quickly. You are required to return you order within 3 working days by a traceable method.

 UNFORTUNATELY DYEBOX CANNOT GIVE REFUND IF YOU HAVE NOT ACHIEVE THE RESULT YOU EXPECT

*All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee, minus original postage paid and STRIPE fees. Any cost incurred to return your order will not be refund.

All orders must be returned in SAME CONDITON SENT/BRAND NEW SEALED CONDITION, any orders that are returned opened, used, missing/damaged packaging etc will not be refunded under any circumstances and your order will not be reposted back to you and will be discarded.
